Dellegate Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dellegate mobile and web applications and related services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

Dellegate is a task management and delegation app. You can create an account, connect with other users, assign and track tasks, set reminders, and receive in-app and push notifications. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been misused.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, or at /api/v1/legal/delete-account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the App or other users
Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except as allowed by law

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain rights in the tasks, descriptions, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the App for you and the people you connect with.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscription plans are not offered in this version of the App. Premium plans will arrive in a future update. Until then, you can keep using the App without a purchase.

We do not charge for a subscription in this version, and we do not store card details.

7. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send task, reminder, connection, and account alerts. You can disable them in system settings. The in-app inbox remains available.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where required, communicated in the App or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
